Pros:

• does not dry out skin or cause flakiness
• doesn’t burn or sting (because it has no alcohol content)
• does not cause redness unlike other toners
• mild and non-abrasive but very effective
• non-sticky
• very soothing
• a little goes a long way
• has a fresh, lovely scent
• tightens pores (pores look and feel smaller)
• calms down your skin, reducing redness, moderate acne, and excessive oil
• a perfect follow up for cleansing gels which sometimes don’t get rid of all the impurities in your skin.

Cons:

• it's a little overpriced for a toner but then again its better than most toners
• works best with other Obagi products but that's not necessarily a bad thing since the Obagi line is quite great.
• doesn't help get rid of cystic acne but works well on moderate acne. However fighting acne is not what it was designed for – its just an additional benefit.
