Obagi Clear is the major bleaching and correcting preparation in the Nu-Derm Skin Health Restoration program. An essential component of the Therapeutic cascade. Obagi Clear contains 4% hydroquinone as the active ingredient in an activating base to correct uneven surface skin color and brown spots. NOTE: Do not use this product if pregnant or nursing.

Directions:

Apply in the morning (AM) and the evening (PM) following Obagi Vitamin C or Obagi Nu-Derm Toner as directed by physician.

Active Ingredients:

Hydroquinone USP, 4%.

Ingredients:

Each gram of Obagi Clear contains hydroquinone USP 40mg/gm in a base of purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate,stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite, lactic acid, saponins, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, BHT, propylparaben, and butylparaben.
