Shipping

Shipping is free within the United States for all orders. For other countries, the rates varies.

We currently ship to: Australia, France, Finland, Japan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, New Zealand, Swiss, Sweden, United Kingdom, Portugal and many more countries.

Your items will be shipped within 24 hours of your order, unless the item is not in stock . In that case, we’ll notify you of the estimate shipping date. The estimate time of delivery is 5-7 business days from the date of your order.

International orders may take up to 15-20 business days or more depending on your country’s custom processing time. Please allow that time before contacting us. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control and depending on your country’s custom and delivery, it can take up to a month.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We cannot offer refund on opened/used items due to the nature of the product (skin care cream).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week after we received the returned item(s). However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note that the bank can take up to 3 days to process the refund before it appears in your account.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
